Globe Reimagined Consulting LLC is proud to have a dedicated team of experts with impeccable academic credentials and professional expertise. These team strives to provide solutions to the myriad academic and professional needs of its numerous clients through customized in-plant training intervention. We have an open enrollment system that allows us to receive clients all year round. We are also blessed to collaborate with experienced international consulting firms to meet the needs of our clients.
Gerald Baraza, PhD
Managing Partner:
Gerald is a native of Kenya where he served as National Superintendent of the Free Methodist Church and Secretary of the Equatorial Africa Area Fellowship. He also served on the founding Board of Hope Africa University before the institution was moved from Nairobi-Kenya to Bujumbura-Burundi. Between 2001 and 2006, Gerald served in Tanzania as the Principal of the Tanzania Free Methodist Bible College and oversaw the church planting efforts of the denomination in the whole country.
Gerald is a member of the American Academy of Management.
Gerald holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology from Kenya Highlands Evangelical University, an M.A from Africa Nazarene University and a Master of Management degree from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Gerald holds a Ph.D. in Organization Development from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois.
He has also taken graduate courses in Public Administration at Grand Valley State University and graduate courses in Counseling from Western Michigan University.
His passion for research is in the areas of strategic planning, organization design, leadership development, change management, performance management, coaching, diversity, and Global OD.
Allison Hoving Baraza

Allison Hoving Baraza was bitten by the travel bug in high school and still loves to travel. To date Allison has traveled to Italy, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, E.A.U., Uganda, Kenya and all over the United States. Allison has a B.S. in Biology from Grand Valley State University as well as her A.A.S in Animal Technology from Bel-Rea. She is an RVT in the state of Indiana and an LVT in the state of Michigan. She enjoys working with animals of all types and has experience in three different zoos around the world. Allison is founder and President of 501(c) 3 nonprofit Empowering Youth Global Connection (EYGC). EYGC is where Allison shares her interests and expertise not only with her Amazing husband and her two Wonderful kids but also with the Youth of the World. Allison and her family work together to share diverse literature, explore countries and different cultures, some in the physical some in the classroom. Allison's passion for education, empowerment and helping others help themselves is what drives EYGC and our communities working together is what makes it thrive.
Lavender Prisca Nekesa

Lavender is an experienced sociologist, marketer and a digital strategist.
She has a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from the Multimedia University of Kenya. Driven by passion to serve, she takes pride in providing the best service as possible. As a partner, her goals include ensuring Africa Reimagined Consultancy LLC turns out to be the best at its service. She has been recognized by many of our clients for her extra ordinary commitment to service delivery.
